Experience in school administration, particularly using SIMS or BROMCOM, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school office and senior leadership team. Manage and maintain school records using SIMS or BROMCOM. Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Assist with student attendance, admissions, and enrollment procedures. Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments. Support staff with general administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Ensure all safeguarding and confidentiality protocols are followed. Requirements: Previous experience in a school administrative role. Proficiency in using SIMS or BROMCOM is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
