Supporting the IM Manager the post holder will lead effective staff 121 meetings to inform, engage and motivate IM staff. Assisting in establishing a clear focus and direction for the team, ensuring all members understand their role within the department, and the Trust. They will be key point of contact liaising with clinical staff being visible, accessible, and co-ordinating all aspects of Inventory Management for their hospital site. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust.
