Role Overview:
The Contract Delivery Manager will efficiently manage contracts, ensuring the works are completed to the standard required and within timescales and in line with Health & Safety legislation.
Duties & responsibilities:
Manage and supervise heating contracts and renewable installations
Survey, plan and quality control heating installations
Manage installers to deliver programmed jobs and visit contracts to ensure all subcontractor and projects are operating within the parameters set out by the client
Weekly reports on successful/unsuccessful visits to properties
Ensure contracts are delivered in line with budget/target expectations
Manage and motivate employees and associated staff to ensure that all contracts are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients liaising effectively via formal and informal meets
Liaise with office administration to update company data base on jobs surveyed, completed, follow up works and ensure installers packs are completed with all documentation compliance received
Work in conjunction with the Operations Manager and SHEQ Manager to ensure compliance on H&S
Skills and experience:
Exceptional communication and commercial awareness skills
Experience in Retrofit, ealing with associated UK Government funding (HUG/SHDF)
Strong motivation skills and ability to motivate teams to deliver
Ability to identify potential pitfalls and implement recovery plans
Ability to use technology to programme works, provide reports
Proficient in Microsoft and Asta programme packages (desirable)
Self-driven and results orientated
Clear focus on customer service and health and safety management
Ability to make rational decisions under pressure
Qualifications:
CSCS card (desirable)
SMSTS (desirable)
IOSH (desirable)
UK driving licence
