HRExec are a Global Recruitment Specialist seeking key talent for a highly entrepreneurial international supply chain logistics business. Which has 22 offices across 11 countries on 5 continents, is looking to expedite the growth of their operations.
Responsibilities
* Engage with the business internally, clients, service providers and other third parties to interpret and document business processes.
* Design solutions to support these business requirements.
* Assist with the evaluation and appointment of external supply chain resources.
* Construct business cases for solutions deployment.
* Project manage the delivery of solutions.
* Identify internal continuous improvement initiatives, define and deploy these solutions within the business.
* Research global supply chain and technology trends to feed into systems strategy development for the group.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Applicable tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics or engineering
* Approximately 10 years’ experience in a supply chain solutions environment, with specific experience in: Process analysis and design; Project management; Supply chain network design; Forecasting and demand planning
* Thorough understanding integrated international supply chains
* Functional understanding of logistics systems and data
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Ability to design creative solutions to meet the client's business and technical needs
