We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic FM Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in facilities management and maintenance.
About the Role
* You'll be the face of the technical services team, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and service requests.
* You'll keep operations organised, planning and scheduling maintenance works across the corporate building.
* You'll make a great impression as you respond professionally and promptly to clients and vendors queries.
* You'll manage work orders through to completion, utilising our CAFM software systems.
* You'll be the go to for data as you store and manage information for monthly reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in the administration of reactive and planned maintenance works .
* Prior knowledge and skills utilising CAFM applications, managing and raising purchase orders and experience with workflows, would be beneficial.
* A minimum of 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a helpdesk environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
* An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
