Overview: Are you looking to kick start your career with a busy and growing organisation? They are looking for an exciting individual to join them as a digital support apprentice. What will I be doing? Working to become a super user of Abode Creative Suit to support creating brochures, presentations, slides and materials for use when presenting Act as a first responder to incoming calls on the 3CX phone system, directing these where necessary and noting down any important information Using internal system Harvest to create and edit timesheets Coordinating, organising and sharing internal documents in Share Drive Using Excel for reporting purposes Using Outlook for sending emails Using collaborative systems such as Teams to communicate with internal colleagues both in Scotland and wider offices Support the teams with presentations, collating presentation documents and meeting set ups Assisting the teams with any event tickets and travel arrangements using sites such as Scotrail etc. You will also provide any general office duties as required. What do I need to be successful: Good time keeping skills Attention to detail Willingness to learn Ability to work well individually and as part of a team Working week: 37.5hrs a week. Salary: £24,570 per annum.
