The job involves the post holder to have autonomy so problem-solving skills and self-motivation is essential, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be enthusiastic and motivated and bring all your skills, knowledge, and experience as a Mental Health Nurse/Mental Health Social Worker to enable you to carry out assessments and interventions with our deaf children and their families as well as liaise with other professionals. Experience in care planning, managing safeguarding concerns and mental health risk assessment & management is also essential.
