Description The Global Technology Chief Data Office (GTCDO) is committed to creating value through data exploitation and ensuring technology data is valid, reliable, traceable, timely, available, secure, and consistent. Tech CDO is accountable for how technology data is collected, safeguarded, shared, controlled, retained, and destroyed across 1,000 Enterprise Tech applications. As a Technical Project Manager III within the Chief Technology Office you will help lead complex technology projects and contribute to our wider programs that drive business goals and create positive technological change for our employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across all LOB’s, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will operate at the forefront of the Tech Chief Data Office’s 2025 high profile portfolio of data management work to ensure successful project and programme delivery and alignment with the firms’ strategic objectives. Job responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical detailed analysis and requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals. Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions for project implementation. Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proven experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and contributing to programs in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities. Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers, and adapting to changes as business needs evolve. Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies. Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills PMP, AgilePM or similar certifications Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. A familiarity with data analysis tools (Alteryx, Tableau etc) would be advantageous.
