Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support Manage and organize schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Prepare and process documentation, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate training sessions. Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements. Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
