Chapple & Jenkins is a fast-growing, regional distributor and wholesaler of confectionery, soft drinks, and snacks. We are currently seeking a full-time warehouse operative to join our busy night shift at our depot in Kingswood, Bristol.
We are looking for a hardworking individual who can carry out general warehouse duties, including order picking and loading vehicles by hand. Applicants must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work as part of a team. We do NOT use voice picking, so a good level of numeracy and literacy is required from all applicants.
Job Details
* 40 hours per week over 5 Nights
* Sunday to Thursday 9.30pm - 6am or Monday to Friday 9.30pm - 6am
* 2 breaks during shift
* All employees start on an initial 6-month probation period
* Previous warehouse experience preferred; Counterbalance Forklift licence an advantage
* 28 days Annual leave per year (including Bank Holidays)
* Salary paid on a monthly basis
* Cheap drinks and snacks available for members of staff
