We're seeking an Operations Manager, Customer Due Diligence to join our team on a fixed-term project. The role involves managing daily processing functions and infrastructure maintenance to meet service level agreements in support of critical business requirements.
What you'll own
1. Manages the processing environment to protect production systems critical to the success of the business.
2. Delivers an operations environment that meets all service level agreements, e.g., 24/7 availability, response time parameters, etc. and availability targets.
3. Develops and recommends tactical and strategic plans for processing operations.
