Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join the Administration team based at the Health & Wellbeing Clinic in Paignton. If you enjoy working in a busy and interesting role alongside a team dedicated to making a difference to people's lives, then this could be the role for you.
Main Duties of the Job
The role is dynamic and challenging and involves greeting professionals and clients to our clinic. This is a non-clinical role within a clinical environment and you will be responsible for front of house reception duties which will involve frequent communication with a vast range of services and individuals. You will build a wide network of contacts and develop professional relationships with both services within the building and those based elsewhere. You will be the first point of contact and in this role, you will be using a variety of computerised systems to support room bookings and patient records for clear signposting. You will also be responsible for the reception and waiting room areas ensuring information is available and up to date. The receptionist will be the point of contact for emergency situations and may be required to provide administrative coordination by a senior manager during an alert, recording and logging responses. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and an excellent working knowledge of administrative systems.
