We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and support within our organisation. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to analyse information, and a knack for negotiation.
Duties
* Managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining and building relationships whilst driving forward an excellent service.
* Handling new and existing enquiries on behalf of the Senior Executives
* Completing all administration duties including adjustments and renewals
* Maintain and update all files with all telephone and email communications and exchanges
Qualifications
* Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong customer service background with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
