Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone and email across the Finnish-speaking market. Demonstrating empathy, patience, and resilience while assisting customers safely. Ensuring all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner (inbound calls).
