Job Description
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and 2 students
* Assess and evaluate students' progress to provide feedback and support their learning
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal growth
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall development
* Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Knowledge of the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate primary school students
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2 students
* Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of assessment and feedback practises in primary education
* Strong classroom management skills
* Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent
* Experience working in a multicultural or diverse school setting
Working Conditions:
* Full-Time position with regular school hours
* Work in a dynamic and collaborative school environment
* Potential for involvement in extracurricular activities and events
