Team Leader - Checkouts
Full time 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 8.00pm
£25,378.08 - £27,766.83

Key responsibilities
1. Motivate, develop, and support every member of your checkouts team.
2. Manage resources and lead by example in safety and customer service.
3. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
Required skills & experience
1. Retail experience with a focus on team development.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
3. Positive attitude with a curiosity for improvement.
4. Willingness to learn new technologies and work flexible hours.
