1. You will be responsible for operational matters on shift.
2. A focus on delivering against KPI's as well as the ability to solve novel problems.
3. Team development, clear leadership, and coaching skills are crucial.
4. Quality and health and safety focused.
Your experience:
1. Strong people management experience in a production-based role in a food manufacturing environment.
2. Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity.
3. An empowering and inspirational people management style and the ability to get the best out of people.
4. Action-oriented with clear decision-making capability.
5. Genuine passion for food and manufacturing.
