As part of our 2024 expansion, we’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter to join our Didcot team and contribute to our continued success.
The Role
As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in connecting with top talent and fulfilling our clients’ needs. You’ll manage both temporary and permanent placements and help build our brand locally. If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator, we’d love to hear from you.
Our Didcot branch is becoming busier each week, and we need someone to help sustain our growth. This role offers a clear progression path, starting with obtaining your REC qualifications and advancing through structured development and training within Aligra.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, both over the phone and face-to-face, understanding their hiring needs, and creating attractive adverts.
* Candidate Discovery: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, conducting thorough interviews and assessments.
* Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both temporary and permanent roles, from advertising to placement, ensuring compliance throughout.
* Targets and Reporting: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, maintaining accurate records in our recruitment software.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in recruitment or a similar sales environment (desirable)
* Experience recruiting for warehouse and driving roles (desirable)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
* Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software (a plus)
