Description
As a Financial Controller, you'll take a strategic role in overseeing financial operations across the hub. You'll manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring financial integrity and efficiency. This role involves centralising finance functions, integrating M&A financial systems, and supporting senior leadership with actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing revenue, cost control, and working capital cycles
2. Delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
3. Leading the hub finance team and standardising financial operations
4. Overseeing tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations
5. Supporting M&A transitions and aligning regional finance functions
6. Support Group-level projects and initiatives, including those led by the Executive team.
Key Requirements
1. A professional qualification in accountancy (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
2. Strong background in financial management, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Additional Requirements
1. Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
2. Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging at senior leadership levels.
3. Familiarity with tax regulations and transfer pricing processes.
4. Competency in leading high-performing finance teams.
