(Inbound Sales - No Cold Calling)
I'm hiring a Account Executive (inbound sales) on behalf of a London-based ground-breaking technology business that is revolutionizing the way enterprises build their applications. My client is an established global market leader in data technology, trusted by thousands of companies such as banks, finance houses, insurance companies, government departments, and most of the FTSE 250 and Fortune 500. This is a thriving fast growth scale-up with plenty of opportunity for career development.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
* Lead Qualification and Development: Identify and qualify warm leads to develop new business opportunities, targeting new clients, markets, and product or service offerings.
* Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored proposals to meet those needs.
* Sales Process Management: Present product options, benefits, and features to clients, and manage the entire sales process from pitch to close.
* Trial Conversion: Convert trial clients to active sales and maintain their engagement to create long-term client accounts.
* Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and commercial engagements effectively to ensure successful project delivery and foster long-term development.
* Inbound Communication Handling: Manage a high volume of inbound emails and calls from prospective customers.
* Sales Targets Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and stretch sales targets.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer sales activity using Salesforce CRM.
* SME - Enterprise-Level Sales: Sell software licensing or subscriptions for a SaaS product to a diverse range of businesses and industry sectors.
* Collaborative Approach: Foster a collaborative environment by organizing meetings to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and met by the internal team.
2-3 Years Experience of:
* Proven experience in sales within a SaaS or technology company, working as a Account Executive, Business Development Executive, or Inbound Sales Executive or BDM.
* Sales Conversion: Strong ability to convert customer inquiries into sales.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Motivation and Attitude: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
* Target Achievement: Motivated to achieve and exceed targets and goals both individually and within a team environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM (preferably Salesforce), and relevant computer software and hardware.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Team Player: A team player who works to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques.
* Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet.
* Desirable Experience: Experience in a technology startup is desirable, as it demonstrates adaptability, innovation, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
