We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Responsibilities
Responsibilities that will keep you on your toes:
* Be the Superhero of Paperwork: You'll handle contracts, agreements, and documents like a wizard, making sure they're accurate, complete, and filed in their rightful place.
* Dance with Deadlines: As the maestro of timelines, you'll coordinate and track crucial dates, ensuring everyone is in sync and delivering their parts on time.
* Channel Your Inner Sherlock: When something seems fishy or a detail is missing, you'll put on your detective hat and uncover the truth.
* Communication Guru: You'll be the magician of client communication, keeping them in the loop and providing updates.
* Bring Order to Chaos: In a fast-paced environment, you'll juggle multiple tasks, inquiries, and requests with grace.
* Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules.
* Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates.
* Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close.
* Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance.
* Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Qualifications that make you a perfect fit:
* Previous experience as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or in a similar administrative role within the real estate industry is A MUST!
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in using productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with real estate transaction management software or CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
* Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
* High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience.
* Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing.
* Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued.
* Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
Compensation
$30,000 - $60,000 yearly
