Position: Qualified Solicitor - Property Law
Salary: Competitive salary plus £5,500 car allowance or cash equivalent, private healthcare, 18% annual bonus potential, 27.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service, and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates.

Location: This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to attend our Royal Mail Sheffield, S98 6HR office three days per week, with flexibility required in line with business needs.

In this role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders, streamline transaction processes, and drive strategic outcomes with a commercial focus.
You’ll be a qualified solicitor with property law experience, effective communication skills, tech-savvy solutions, and a positive approach to change and transformation.
About the Role:
* You’ll deliver robust, clear, and commercially focused legal advice on property matters to align with business needs.
* Influence transaction efficiency, risk mitigation, and cost management across Royal Mail Group's extensive property portfolio and ensure that property transaction processes are completed efficiently.
* You’ll understand strategy, transformation, operational and commercial risks, and help execute property transactions in an efficient, risk-aligned manner.
* Oversee outsourced legal work, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Royal Mail Group standards.
About You:
Qualifications and Experience:
* Legally Qualified Solicitor with a number of years of post-qualification experience in property law, ideally within a business managing a large property portfolio or as an associate in a law firm. An in-house secondment placement is desirable.
