8 - 10 years of B2B sales expertise
Previous experience in sectors such as recruitment, fit-out, interiors, advertising, commercial services, products, and marketing
Demonstrable track record of career progression
Proficient in New Business Development (NBD) strategies and adept in performance management
Highly results-oriented with a relentless focus on outcomes for you, your team and most
importantly, customers
Managing a sales team with excellent communication and motivation skills to help achieve individual and team targets
Well-versed in utilising mainstream CRM software to streamline operations and enhance
customer relationships
A client focused ethos and a professional, consultative style and approach
A sound understanding of project based workflows
Account management skills – able to play the long game and nurture positive, long term
relationships with clients
The ability to work directly with key internal personnel and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
What will your role look like?
Reporting to the Managing Director
Handle inbound enquiries to conversion
Work on the assigned target prospects by outbound reach
Build a robust sales pipeline, manage the lifecycle of deals to conversion
Achieve individual sales target
Build and develop a small but exceptional sales team and culture Develop and maintain effective NBD / Sales reports as effective tools
Monitor, manage and achieve overall sales performance
Work closely with the marketing team to manage new sales campaigns and new product
launches
Ensure the CRM (HubSpot) is maintained effectively
