Job summary As a clinical administrator you will provide comprehensive, professional, and effective administrative support to our Community Services team. You will be there to offer knowledge, expertise and support to the clinical team; therefore, you will be required to apply a high degree of confidentiality to all of your work, whilst ensuring clear communication with all services, teams and colleagues. You will communicate with patients and their relatives via telephone and email and keep accurate records of your interactions. You will support with facilitating meeting co-ordination, room bookings, diary management, ordering stationery and low-level budgeting. You will also prepare data and reports as required. You will need to have a qualification in typing / word processing or be able to demonstrate an equivalent standard of work. Experience of Microsoft office packages is necessary as is some experience with case management systems. Working as part of a team is key in this role, but you should also be able to be an independent thinker and be able use your own initiative.
