About the role
The insight team’s mission is to influence Tesco to make confident decisions because we understand Customers and Colleagues better than anyone. Our key priorities are setting the customer agenda, commercialising insight, business partnering internally and externally, storytelling and democratising insight.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating end to end testing of our non food products with customers and sharing the results with business stakeholders to drive improvements in the quality of the products
You will be responsible for
* Coordinating with category teams to agree, prioritise and schedule a programme of product tests across all Home Use Testing (HUT) including Home, Clothing, Household, Pet, Health, Baby, and Beauty categories.
* Production of testing invitations, audiences, short surveys and results using the Tesco Home Panels platform including monitoring and responding to Panellist HUT queries via the Home Panels mailbox.
* Communicating clearly and regularly with stakeholders on progress and expectations
* Ensuring adherence to GDPR in line with Tesco and industry standards, and checking processes and protocols as necessary.
* Collaborating with stakeholder categories to develop innovative solutions for measuring quality and product acceptability.
* Raising the profile of Home Use Testing and the Home Panels team, along with the internal Quality Panel in Heart.
* Overseeing the F&F wearer trials with the team in Bengaluru, ensuring timelines for each season are met in accordance with the agreement with F&F Clothing.
* Maintaining the relationship between Tesco and SGS for de-branding, working closely with teams to monitor the receipt, dispatch, and de-branding of samples.
* Coordinating with category teams and suppliers for non-food lines to ensure samples are appropriately de-branded and labelled within set timelines
You will need
* Product research experience in Non food (clothing included)
* Able to work independently and to a high standard
* Experience in managing Home Use Testing programme a distinct advantage
* Experience in a customer facing role/online
* Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
* Experience in meetings with different work levels (unlikely higher than WL3)
