Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor / Care Professional to join our team in Sheffield, United Kingdom. This rewarding role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients whilst developing your career in the care sector.
1. Supervise and support Care Professionals, ensuring they deliver high-quality care services
2. Conduct regular quality monitoring visits to clients' homes, assessing care standards and client satisfaction
3. Provide hands-on care support to clients when required, demonstrating best practices in care delivery
4. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
5. Participate in on-call weekend rota and evening duties as needed
6. Coach and mentor Care Professionals, fostering their professional development
7. Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
8. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of care services and processes
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of care industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
1. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
2. Proven experience in providing high-quality care services
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor Care Professionals
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
6. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional quality of care
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
9. Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills
10. Knowledge of care industry regulations and best practices
11. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
12. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
13. Basic administration experience (desirable)
