We pride ourselves on managing projects from the early design stages all the way through to the final build, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for our clients.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Builder to join our growing team. As a Builder, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of our construction projects. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and tradespeople to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams on various projects.
* Ensure that construction work is carried out in accordance with project plans, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
* Inspect and assess the quality of workmanship throughout the construction process.
* Manage construction materials and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely delivery.
* Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of project progress.
* Ensure that the construction site is kept clean and safe.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Builder or Construction Foreman.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques and methods.
* Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
* At least one of the following qualifications would be an added advantage: NVQ Level 1 Certificate in Construction Skills, T Level in On-site Construction, Intermediate Apprenticeship in Construction or related certificate.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Monday to Friday, 9am -5pm
* Weekend availability on some days

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
