A bit about what you will do...
The role of the member services team is to guarantee the smooth functioning of the clubhouse by co-ordinating daily operations. Member
Services is central to ensuring smooth clubhouse operations and delivering an
outstanding experience to members and guests. The role encompasses
responsibilities across reservations, membership management, and
inter-departmental communication.
* Act
as the primary point of contact for members and guests, handling enquiries with
professionalism and outstanding customer service.
* Co-ordinate
reservations for golf, restaurant bookings, bedrooms, meeting rooms, and other
facilities.
* Manage
all incoming calls, emails and queries with professionalism and promptness
* Administer
membership renewals, including generating invoices, updating systems, and
maintaining accurate records.
* Provide
timely financial reports and assist in outstanding payment collections.
* Uphold
the highest standards of confidentiality and data management.
* Handling
membership enquiries with professionalism.
* Engaging
with all new inquiries, guiding them through the joining process, and arranging
welcome gifts and introductory packs.
