Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Progression + Training + Days Based + Flexible Hours + Pension + Holiday

Are you a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with knowledge of manufacturing, CNC or other equipment looking to join a well-established business in a role that will invest in you to develop your skills both in the technical aspects of the role as well as progression into management? This company is well established in the manufacture and installation of steel products across the UK. They are looking for a keen and motivated individual to join their friendly team.
In this role, you will be maintaining a range of equipment such as CNC machines, welding equipment, overhead cranes, and more. The position is multi-skilled, with development into management aspects to lead a small team.
The Role:
1. Monday - Friday, 40 hours, Days (flexible hours)
2. Hands-on maintenance of machinery
3. Leading a small team
4. Workshop based
The Person:
1. Multi-skilled maintenance engineer
2. CNC, HMI, or similar manufacturing experience beneficial
3. Wants to progress into a leadership role (prior management experience not required)
