We are currentlyrecruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager Therapeutic Areas andSolutions a remotebased role in the UK. We are looking for astrategic thinker with strong writing and communication skills whocan lead the creation of impactful messaging across digital socialprint and video channels ensuring alignment with business goals andindustry trends while contributing to larger strategic initiatives.This individual will develop and execute omnichannel marketingstrategies that drive engagement and differentiation for a varietyof therapeutic areas such as oncology cardiovascular and others aswell as drug development solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in thehealth and life sciences industry with a proven ability to createand manage marketing strategies gotomarket plans and campaigns thatdrive client interest and sales enablement. Strong collaborationwith subject matter experts (SMEs) marketing teams and operationalstakeholders is essential to create compelling customerfacingmaterials and plan impactful events. Summary ofResponsibilities:
* Increase awarenessimprove perception and strengthen differentiation for variouspriority therapeutic areas such as oncology cardiovascular andmetabolic drug development solutions andservices.
* Advise on and develop strategies tocreate compelling marketing messaging and programs via omnichannelapproach to drive client interest and createdifferentiation.
* Develop and manage marketingstrategies gotomarket plans and tactical budgets for assignedtherapeutic areas aligned with Marketing objectives andpriorities.
* Launch and manage highly targetedmarketing campaigns that drive engagement with and preference forFortrea and focus on sales enablement and leadgeneration.
* Partner with campaign marketingSMEs (medical and operational) and marketing centers of excellenceto develop compelling messaging and provide guidance on gotomarketstrategies and tactics(webinars conferences white papers mediaetc.) to drive client interest and differentiate Fortreasolutions.
* Collaborate with SMEs andoperational teams to generate customerfacingmaterials.
* Working with SMEs and commercialstakeholders develop a priority list of relevant trade shows andother events then work collaboratively in planning and executingthem to drive awareness and leadgeneration.
* Measure impact of marketinginitiatives via metrics and dashboards reporting. Makerecommendations on improvements and best practices for futureprograms.
* All other duties as needed orassigned.
Qualifications (Minimum Required):
* Bachelors degree or equivalent and formalacademic qualification such as a masters degree or PhD in arelevant field. Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalentexperience in lieu of educationalrequirements.
* Extensive experience withmarketing program strategy planning development and implementationin the health life sciencesindustry.
* Experience in omnichannel strategiesincluding digital social print email webinar and facetofaceevents
* Ability to communicate appropriately andeffectively with senior management
* Demonstratedleadership ability including the ability to influence othersoutside of marketing
* Excellent written projectmanagement presentation and oral communicationskills
* Demonstrated ability to plan multitaskand prioritize
* Must be a selfmotivator willingto influence events and people to achievegoals
* Demonstrated teamwork communication(written and verbal) and organizationalskills
* Ability to work to deadlines andproblemsolve; Positive attitude and sense ofurgency
* Strong analytical time management andinterpersonal skills
* Willingness to travelglobally up to 15% travel
