Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with children across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Support children in Early Years (EYFS) with learning activities and development. Manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment. Assist with lesson preparation, including setting up resources and providing feedback to the Class Teacher. Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school setting is essential. A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Knowledge of the National Curriculum, including KS1, KS2, and EYFS. Strong classroom management skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils. Passion for education and commitment to student development.
