We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our large civil engineering client in Glasgow. The business is keen to onboard an administrator who can support with general business administration, fleet coordination, and ensuring that training amongst the site team is monitored and updated via the training matrix compliance.
The company has a strong pipeline of work ahead, particularly in the road maintenance industry throughout the West of Scotland.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* - Managing daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
* - Monitoring and updating the company training matrix to ensure compliance amongst the site staff.
* - Utilising Excel to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets related to plant and fleet management/coordination.
* - Handling phone communications with professionalism and courtesy.
* - Collaborating with team members to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
