As a principal formulation chemist, you will work in a diverse team of scientists to develop a wide range of pharmaceutical dosage forms. Roles and Responsibilities Lead Early-Stage development and optimisation of pharmaceutical dosage forms. Prepare and support the submission of documents and regulatory responses in consideration of VICH guidelines Mentoring and supporting the formulation chemists. Preparing and maintaining SOPs and ensuring the SOPs and formulation records are being adhered to at all times Assist in the training of laboratory staff in SOPs and operational techniques Maintain an awareness of current trends and developing technologies in the manufacture of pharmaceutical dosage forms Liase with staff across R&D and partner groups in operations and QC Lead technical investigations cross functionally employing problem solving tools Essential Criteria Degree in Chemistry, analytical chemistry, pharmacy or related subject Experience in formulation/pharmaceutical product development industry Experience in the use of QbD principles for pharmaceutical development Right to work in the UK/ Ireland Why apply?
