Finance Administrator
Salary: £23,900 - £26,000
We are excited to announce we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Reinsurance accounting team here at Aviva based in Norwich.
A bit about the job:
The Finance Administrator role is part of a team based in Norwich. There will be an element of routine monthly tasks that will require investigations as well as unexpected challenges that may arise.
You will assist the team with the day-to-day reinsurance finance operations activities, including data entry, processing financial transactions, and generating reports. We are looking for someone who can support our Reinsurance team members with processing monthly tasks. You will need to have a basic understanding of Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Be self-motivated, take ownership and pride in your own workload, and contribute to an agreed timetable.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working with Excel documents.
* Experience of working in an office environment, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently but also an excellent team player.

* Salary between £23,900 - £26,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
