We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a background in Analytics to bring their ideas and energy to our team of actuaries and data scientists.

What will you be doing?
As the Head of Analytics, you’ll manage, plan and lead the analytics capabilities of the UK P&C business. This will be an opportunity to bring your creative flair to oversee our Predictive Modelling, Data Enrichment and AI initiatives, bringing faster insights to the business.
You and your team will be a critical contributor to rate reviews, identification of trends, monitoring of pricing model performance and support for our product leaders’ development of strategy.
Collaboration and communication are critical in this role. You will be working with several internal functions such as Legal, IT and Marketing to drive initiatives and as well as working with the Underwriting Director, Underwriting Leadership Team and wider business leads.
What are we looking for?
We would love to hear from you if you are an experienced senior level leader with experience in Data & Analytics. Strong communication and influencing skills are needed so we would like you to be able to demonstrate these. We are looking for someone to bring their expertise and help us grow so knowledge and understanding of industry trends and practices are a must for us.
