As Sales Office Assistant you will support the dynamic Retail Sales team, working directly with retail customers and colleagues across the business to complete administrative tasks relating to the customer journey. In this role you will get to Process orders, invoices and credits using our internal computer systems and customer software e.g. Delivery notes, e-billing and EPOS data, product data spreadsheets, out of stock cards, etc Take responsibility for a specific sales administration area. For example, Lawn Seed or EDI order processing, ensuring customer and product data is accurate and maintained as necessary Liaise with other business areas to ensure a smooth experience for our customers, always providing feedback and escalating to the Sales Office Manager if necessary Organise necessary documentation for sending stock to UK and Ireland locations Respond to customer queries by telephone and email in a professional, helpful and timely manner Use our internal systems to generate and distribute documents for customers and other business areas as required We’re looking for people who demonstrate an excellent work ethic, a can-do approach and the desire to positively contribute to our retail customers receiving a first-class service.
