The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Assistant/ Credit Control Assistant to join our Finance team at Ashtead Hospital. This role although based at Ashtead Hospital covers the credit control facilities for Five Hospitals. This is a highly respected hospital with an excellent reputation for the highest standards of care and service. As the Accounts Assistant, you will be reporting to the Business Administration Manager. The purpose of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate allocation and collection of all hospital debts. This involves liaising with Heads of Departments, medical insurance companies, patients, and credit control agencies. Skills & Attributes: Previous Administration experience ideally in a Healthcare or data driven setting Experience of dealing with payments and invoices Ability to speak to all levels of management, external vendors, colleagues and patients professionally at all times.
