Join Our Team - Youth Partnership Development Manager (2-year fixed term contract)
2025 is an exciting year for Wiltshire Community Foundation. It marks our 50th birthday, a significant milestone celebrating five decades of connecting people who care with causes that matter. We are also reaching the end of our 2020-2025 organisational strategy, which has seen significant change, development and achievement within our organisation.
We are now finalising our new five-year strategy, which has been developed in consultation with our staff, trustees, donors, grantees, the wider voluntary sector and other key stakeholders. As we enter this exciting new chapter, we are looking to appoint some new roles, to help us continue to inspire philanthropy and enable our local voluntary sector to help people in our communities to thrive.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and organised person to join our dynamic team as a Youth Partnership Development Manager on a 2-year fixed term contract. In this role, you will co-ordinate and convene the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Work Network (WSYWN) and the Wiltshire Youth Partnership (WYP), and lead the development and delivery of WCF’s new Youth Capacity Building, Training and Support grants programme. If you have significant experience working with and supporting the development of voluntary sector organisations, networks and partnerships, understanding of/experience of working with or within the local youth voluntary sector and/or youth work in a range of settings, and experience of project and programme development, ideally including experience of grant-making, we would love to hear from you.
This is a 22.5 hour a week position, based in our offices in central Devizes.
