Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK, is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Culinary Operations to join their team.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the back-of-house team to develop well-balanced menus, preparing and managing the catering budget, establishing strong relationships with school administrators, recruiting and training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving operational efficiency.
A proven track record as a Group Manager or General Manager in a high-volume environment is essential. The ideal candidate will be financially astute, analytical, and able to create and maintain budgets. Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills are also required.
