Warranty Administrator – Lloyd Ltd Carlisle
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Warranty Administrator to join the busy Warranty Department at our Head Office in Carlisle.
Job Role
Reporting to the Head of Warranty, the successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing warranty claims for many manufacturers via their unique systems and processes. You will work closely with our Service Departments to maximize the return from warranty claims whilst also ensuring compliance and good practice. Accuracy, attention to detail, and adhering to process will be of key importance to the successful candidate to thrive in this role.
Job Criteria
The ideal Group Warranty Administrator will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Experience in a similar role (desirable).
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
* Excellent understanding of computer systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets & audit processes.
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
* Good organization and time-management skills.
* Mechanical knowledge (desirable).
