About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings. Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space. About You To excel in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5 years&x2019; experience in residential care for children, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People&x2019;s Workforce. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare England. A proven track record of achieving &x201C;Good&x201D; or &x201C;Outstanding&x201D; ratings in recent Ofsted inspections.
