I am currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic People Partner to join a leading organisation that values strong employee relations and effective people management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in handling complex ER cases and enjoys working collaboratively across teams to make an impact.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers, offering support on a wide range of people management activities, while also contributing to key organisational projects and initiatives. If you're passionate about providing expert HR guidance, coaching managers, and managing complex employee relations cases, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations & People Management: Support managers by handling complex ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance, welfare, and attendance management. Provide expert guidance and support to resolve these matters efficiently and sensitively.
2. Coaching & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, equipping them with the skills and confidence to handle HR matters independently and effectively.
3. Operational & Cultural Collaboration: Work alongside HR colleagues to address organisational challenges and implement solutions, fostering a culture of inclusion and aligning actions with the organisation's values.
4. Strategic Support: Collaborate with senior leaders to identify emerging HR trends and opportunities. Use data and insights to build the case for people-focused solutions that meet both short- and long-term goals.
5. Specialist Projects: Contribute to organisational change projects, mentor less experienced HR colleagues, and support key people initiatives that drive growth and improvement.
Key Skills and Competencies:
1. Proven experience in handling ER cases and managing a range of HR functions with sensitivity and pragmatism.
2. Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with managers at all levels.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail in drafting reports, correspondence, and presentations.
4. Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and competing demands effectively.
5. Data-literate and numerate, with the ability to generate insights that inform decision-making.
6. A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
7. Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly desirable.
