Can you work in a fast-paced business-facing team? Will your insights drive improved performance across our European store estate? Do you understand how changes in our business and environment impact the stores' P&L and how to make the most of these opportunities? The Senior Finance Analyst role is a key part of our European Retail Finance team, partnering directly with the Store Operations team and other finance teams to deliver results and enable our future expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the Retail Leadership team on the Stores P&L to support business and financial goals.
* Provide analytical support to the Store Operations team to ensure high standards of financial controls and visibility of key metrics, focusing on payroll, to support business decisions.
* Collaborate across the Retail Finance team to share learnings, work consistently, and leverage all P&L lines.
* Ensure high-quality processes that deliver accurate, timely, and insightful information in key cost areas.

* Qualified accountant
* Advanced analytical and numerical skills
* Strong financial systems and Excel skills
* Experience supporting a commercial operations team
* Ability to build and maintain relationships to deliver results
* Curiosity about the business and drivers of performance
* Ability to explain complex ideas simply to non-finance teams
