Peninsula has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work field-based, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from your initial networking through to closing the deal.
We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) along with a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be out sourcing and visiting potential new business through various business development channels, selling Peninsula's consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.
