Our client is a successful and ever-expanding fashion brand house dealing with household names and brands based in Manchester. This role presents the opportunity to join a team at a key period of growth. They are looking for an experienced E-commerce Trading Executive to assist the Trading Manager in driving multi-brand growth that will continue to push the business forward.
ROLE SNAPSHOT
Working as part of the eCommerce team, you will work closely with the Trading Manager to generate a digital retail strategy that focuses on delivering long-term growth while taking ownership of the daily trading of the web stores.
You will be responsible for the on-site experience and developing the customer journey through merchandising across both sites, ensuring that all content is correct and SEO friendly, as well as having ownership of on-site recommendations and optimizing their placement on the website. You’ll work closely with other internal teams to deliver campaigns to drive footfall to the website, including managing our social media accounts and collaborating with the Ads Manager and Trading Manager to improve our CRM strategy.
Finally, there will be an analytical side of the role where you will constantly review website performance and functionality, analyze customer behavior, and report your findings and recommendations for improvements to the Trading Manager.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. At least 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce or online visual merchandiser related role
2. Experience using analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Glew, PowerBi
3. Experience working on social media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc
4. Experience working with CRM software e.g. Klayvio, Hubspot, Salesforce etc
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
6. Highly organized with an ability to prioritize and adapt
7. An eye for detail and a natural problem solver
8. Shopify experience desirable, but not required
