Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for vehicle maintenance and management? We are looking for a dedicated Late Shift Vehicle Workshop Manager to lead our dynamic team!
Position: Late Shift Workshop Manager
Location: WRC, 1 Cottage Road, Islington Council
Shift: Late Shift (2pm to 10pm - Monday to Friday) + Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle workshop during the late shift.
2. Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
3. Manage and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
5. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:
