Office Co-ordinator (C/OC/B/25) Permanent 28-35 hours per week £23,000 per annum (pro rata) Job Purpose: Were looking for a dynamic and approachable Office Co-ordinatorto be the face and backbone of our office Youll be the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a smile to providing vital administrative support for our Health & Safety Manager and HR team. Whether youre organizing events, managing schedules, or ensuring the smooth running of the office, youll be at the heart of our operations. This is a varied and fun role that will suit a proactive all-rounder with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude Key responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment. Provide admin support to the Health & Safety and HR departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Organise internal functions, team meetings, and office events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Handle general office duties such as managing supplies, answering calls, and coordinating office maintenance. Assist with updating records and supporting compliance needs as directed by the H&S and HR teams.
