As the Sales Support Team Lead, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and enabling our sales teams to achieve their goals. You'll be the central point of contact, driving efficiency, fostering teamwork, and championing continuous growth within the team.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Support Team Lead:
1. Provide expert customer service and order guidance via phone and email
2. Prepare customer quotations as requested by clients and sales leadership
3. Liaise with Production for on-time order fulfilment, manage backlogs, and provide updates
4. Attend weekly production meetings to understand issues and inform stakeholders
5. Update international Sales Support teams on stock, dispatch, and key information
6. Test new CRM systems/procedures (e.g., Pulse) for global Sales Support teams
7. Arrange Sales Support Team training on new systems and procedures
8. Align sales order creation processes across UK, Spain, Germany, and USA
