Legal Opportunity: Property Solicitor
Our client in Park Gate is expanding their legal team and is seeking a Property Solicitor. Ideally, candidates will have 3 years PQE in residential property law, but applications from all qualified professionals with any PQE in residential property are welcome.
This role focuses on property auction matters, which require handling transactions with very quick turnaround times.
This is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself and, for the right candidate, work towards becoming a Partner in the firm. The role suits team players who can prioritize effectively, pay close attention to detail, and are eager to develop a long-term, successful career.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare legal documents for auction property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages.
2. Conduct title searches and review property records for accuracy and completeness.
3. Coordinate with lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transaction closures.
4. Prepare settlement documents and closing statements.
5. Assist clients in understanding the terms of their property transactions.
6. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and documentation.
Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
4. Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.
5. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills.
