Planning Solicitor - Cardiff
We are delighted to be assisting this fantastic national firm with their search for a planning law solicitor to join their strong planning law team who are looking to grow after a number of major client wins. This planning law solicitor will be joining this highly ranked planning team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis.
This planning law solicitor will be joining a planning law team who are recognised for their excellent relationships with Councils, Local Authorities, contractors, developers, corporate occupiers, investors and healthcare providers. This busy planning team advise on a range of contentious and non contentious planning matters to include planning permission, statutory agreements, corporate support, judicial review, funding, appeals, enforcement, purchase work and much more.
You will be encouraged to take part in business development and networking in order to build and maintain client relationships.
You will have experience in planning law with a strong planning law team. Perhaps you are from the Local Authority and looking to move into private practice? Ideally, you will have atleast 3 years' PQE, but please apply if you have slightly less experience.
